Review:

Sabrina (Paula Patton) and Jason Taylor (Laz Alonso), despite the differences in their financial stability and their upbringing, fall in love and want to get married. Seems easy enough, but because their decision is quick even though they’d been dating for five months, their families have not met their new in-laws. And so at their rehearsal is when the fireworks begin when Sabrina’s mom (Angela Bassett) who is very classy and rich meets the down-to-earth and sassy mother of Jason (Loretta Devine). Their fighting over where to have the wedding starts a whole slew of battles which makes the couple wonder if getting hitched is even the right thing to do. The whole thing is proving to also be a quite distressing assignment for wedding planner Amy (Julie Bowen from Modern Family), who is just trying to get through it all. Read more…

But when the priest’s daughter (Lily Collins) is taken by the vampires, he has no choice but to forego his previous existence and go on a quest to save her against the vampires. With help from a former warrior priestess (Maggie Q) and a wasteland sheriff, who is dating his daughter (Cam Gigandet), the priest must face many dangers to get back that which has been taken.
