Review:
In the early days, Steve Rogers (Chris Evans) just wanted to get into the military to fight for his country, but was deemed unfit to serve. It was then that he decided to volunteer for a program that needed a recruit for an experiment to turn an ordinary Joe into a lean, green fighting machine, one that would proudly defend the US. And so Captain America was born and his first mission is to stop the evil organization HYDRA run by the Red Skull, a menacing Nazi influenced villain. But the good captain is not alone. Review:
In Norse Mythology, there is a god of thunder who uses his hammer to stomp out his enemies. Thor (Chris Hemsworth) is his name and he is a powerful immortal whose arrogance gets him into trouble and when his actions start a war among the ancients, he is cast out of Asgard to the modern day mortal realm, where Odin (Anthony Hopkins) hopes he will learn humility. While there, he meets Jane Foster (Natalie Portman) who finds him battered from his fall to Earth. Her team, along with Darcy Lewis (Kat Dennings) and their mentor Dr. Selvig (Stellan Skarsgard) want to find the gateway for which he came from as a matter of science. In Thor’s absence on Earth, however, there is a power struggle in Asgard when Odin falls into a deep sleep and only Thor can bring peace back to the kingdom.
