If you’ve seen the first one, you know that Little Red Riding Hood is no pushover. The small, but tough Red (Hayden Panettiere) now seeks guidance on how to improve her skills from the mysterious Sisterhood, but when her Granny (Glenn Close) is kidnapped, along with Hansel and Gretel (Bill Hader and Amy Poehler), it’s time for her to leave the fold and take action. Sydney Prescott (Neve Campbell) is now a writer of self help books and when her book tour brings her back to the sleepy little town of Woodsboro, she gets more than some signings to deal with. It seems that the night before her return and on the anniversary of the original killings, two high school kids are brutally murdered by Ghostface, the masked villain the massacre that shook the town years before.
